How do you find us?

    Terms & Conditions

  • As if, the room you made reservation is available and granted we will send you an invoice from PayPal via email which you can arrange the payment easily through credit card or bank transaction. Your reservation will be reconfirmed after your deposit of 1st night is paid.

  • Check-in: 1:30 PM
    Check-out: 12:00 noon

  • No pets are allowed

  • Cooking in our resort area is forbidden

  • Late check-out will be subjected to Baht 200 per hour. Check-out after 5pm will be charged of 100% room rate.

    Cancellation Policy

    Your deposit will be 'Non refundable' according to:

  • In case of 'NO SHOW'
    Failed to change your reservation 7 days prior to your arrival day

  • Failed to cancel your room reservation
    7 days prior to your arrival day.

    Your deposit will be refundable if you obey our cancellation policy written above.
    We will refund your deposit less 10% of work and bank transfer fees.
